A very collectible Rolex GMT Master II 18ct Yellow gold model 16718, a gorgeous black dial with black bezel, a very well-preserved example in a long-discontinued configuration – a beautiful example that rarely comes to the market.

The watch is presented in a beautiful and Excellent condition with some marks of use, consistent with its age. The watch shows sharp edges and corners as can be seen in the photos. It is an A serial production batch so its date of origin is expected to be late 1999. The watch was serviced by Rolex service centre in 2004 but there is no service card that comes with the watch.

The watch has been thoroughly inspected and authenticated, and we have included the photos of its caseback showing the beautiful Rolex movement calibre 3185 in the listing. The watch has been further tested for timekeeping, and it is performing well within +10 to -5 seconds a day of accuracy, with a solid amplitude of above 270 degrees.

The watch comes with its period correct box and Rolex GMT Manual, but the warranty paperwork is missing from the box. The watch comes with 12 links included and is expected to go up to 7.25″ wrist sizes.

This is a solid opportunity with a masterpiece, a relatively rare neo-vintage GMT Master offered for sale, in a beautiful condition such as this, and yet at a fraction of the cost of the latest model. This particular reference also comes with solid gold links and not the hollow links, and the value for money here is incredible.

The watch has been pressure tested to 100 meters, consistent with its specs.

All photos are from the actual Rolex GMT Master II 18ct Yellow gold watch for sale and form part of the description and condition disclosure. The photos are taken from the watch just before listing this ad and showcase the current condition of the timepiece. The movement serial number is redacted from the movement shots for security reasons.
